A pump is a device used to move a liquid (fluid) from one place to another through a pipe (channel)
medium by adding energy to the fluid being moved and taking place continuously. The selection of
the right pump in the building is adjusted to the use of water needs. As for the water needs for a 5-
story building with a building area of 2200 m2 from the calculation results, the water requirement
is 31,680 liters/day. A pump capacity of 150 liters/minute is required with a power of 2.2 kW
