Teaches introductionary programming is not as easy to teach basic math to students. Even the
experienced teacher will be constrained if getting a classroom with a wide spectrum of intelligence
and learning montivasi. When teachers focus on students with high intakes, then students with low
intakes will be confused and desperate to learn. If teachers focus on students with low intake, the
students with high intakes would be bored and disrupt the class. This study aims to determine the
perspective of multiple intelligences about the effectiveness of the use of software Alice 3 of the basic
programming learning outcomes of students of class x Laboratorium Jakarta vocational high school
when compared with conventional learning applied at the school. The methods which is used in this
research is quasi-experimental research method with a sample of his research is the class X
Laboratorium Jakarta Vocational High School. The design of study is a pretest-posttest control
group design. Based on the research results can be concluded that the effectiveness learning basic
programming with the use of software Alice 3 is better than the increase in the basic programming
learning outcomes with conventional teaching methods. Based on the results of the t test average
value learning results obtained proves that the use of software Alice 3 effectively to improve student
learning outcomes in basic programming lessons.
